Questions
Do I need a new phone or number?
No. Customers call the same number. Missed calls forward to your Meeeply line, which texts them back, and their replies land on your phone.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Call forwarding is just a setting on your phone. We switch it on together during setup.
What if it doesn’t know an answer?
It only answers from your info. If it’s stumped, it gives them your phone number.
What do I need for setup?
Your legal business name, EIN and hours. I handle the rest.
